Manage your subscription
Enter your license key to open the Stripe billing portal: cancel anytime, change plan, update your payment method, or download invoices.
Change plan (Monthly ↔ Annual)
Open the Stripe portal above and pick "Update plan". Stripe prorates automatically: you only pay the difference today, and the new cycle starts immediately.
Cancel subscription
Open the Stripe portal and click "Cancel plan". You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period, with no further charges. Refunds within the first 14 days are guaranteed. Write to support@pdfbook.app.
Bought Lifetime while subscribed?
Your existing Pro subscription is canceled and refunded automatically the moment the Lifetime payment clears. Same goes for Booth / Gumroad lifetime purchases: our admin issues the key, and any active Stripe subscription on the same email is canceled and its most recent payment refunded in full.
Lost your key
Use the "Email me my key" form above. We'll resend the most recent active key to that email, no questions asked.
Booth.pm / Gumroad customers
Your key still works in the desktop app. Refunds for marketplace purchases are handled by Booth or Gumroad. See refund policy.
